These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Color Fun website and services, operated by The Color Fun LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized in New Jersey. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our products are designed for kids and families. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Products & Services

We offer digital coloring books delivered as PDF downloads, available through:

  • Individual purchases — one-time payment for a single book
  • Subscriptions — monthly or annual plans granting access to our library of coloring books for the duration of the subscription

All products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a coloring book or subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the content for personal or household use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with others
  • Use our content for commercial purposes (e.g., selling printed copies)
  • Upload our files to other websites or file-sharing platforms
  • Claim our designs as your own

5. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials available through The Color Fun are owned by The Color Fun LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs to you.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent payment or access restrictions
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of our site
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Color Fun LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
