Refund Policy — The Color Fun
Digital Products
All products sold by The Color Fun (individual coloring books and subscription plans) are digital downloads delivered instantly via PDF. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the file has been made available for download.
Exceptions
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download
- You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same purchase
- The product delivered does not match what was described at checkout
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at [support email] within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions can be canceled anytime; we do not offer prorated refunds for unused months, except where required by law.
- You'll retain access to downloaded content even after canceling.
